Private Events: I come to you with complete set up materials within the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
Private Event: I allow a 3.5 hour window from the time of the scheduled booking. Please have your guests arrive promptly at the scheduled time of the event. I will allow a 15 minute window if needed.
Unfortunately no, there is a 10 guests MAX policy with no exceptions.
Extra guests (past the original count) will not be served any wine; however, they may participate in the interactive wine experiences if there are enough supplies.
If there is a guest that has to cancel, you may replace that guest with someone else. However, if they are added last minute, I can not ensure there will be enough time to provide a full experience for that person.
It is strongly recommended but not mandatory. Why miss out on all the fun?!
Yes. As long as the requested wines are in the price range of the tasting you booked.
Yes, of course we may use your own glasses if you prefer. I will bring clean glasses for the tasting unless you tell me otherwise. Glasses have been washed, thoroughly sanitized and disinfected.
If you wish for me to bring new glasses and you keep them, there will be an extra $50 fee.
Per my TABC certification, I will not serve a guest that appears to be inebriated. If a guest becomes too unruly, I will handle the situation in a manner that deems to be safe for all guests.
I do reserve the right to stop the presentation at any time if a situation is not controlled. A refund or rescheduling will not be awarded.
Private Events canceled before 48 hours of an event will be refunded the full amount or deposit. After 48 hours, the deposit or full amount will be held and can be used for a later scheduled event or tour.
In the event of extreme inclement weather, the event may be rescheduled for a later date.

Yes, of course. Please email your requested time and I will do my best to accommodate.
A 20 mile radius from Downtown Dallas is preferred and it will depend on the time of reservation and location of vineyard. Your location can be discussed prior to booking. Please send me an email of your inquiry.
Yes. Feel free to request a certain time via email, but please keep in mind the drive time to get to a vineyard may be over an hour. You don't want to rush your relaxation and tastings.
Possibly but not guaranteed. Most vineyards have staff to assist other patrons in the tasting room and short staffing is still an issue.
No weapons of any kind are allowed at a Wine With Tavia Event.
It is appreciated that you know your tolerance and drink responsibly. I will get you home safely; however, in the event you become ill in the vehicle there will be a $250 cleaning fee assessed.
Private event: I love fur-babies and can't wait to meet them.
